We love you, Grandpa

   The day before the Swan reunion Loren, Nate and I went to visit my Grandpa Rigby who had taken a turn for the worse. It was clear that he wouldn't be around for much longer. I introduced him to Jace and he said Loren and I need to have ten more babies. It was hard to see him like that. My heart hurt, especially for my dad who was helping to take care of him. Apparently the next day he stopped responding so I was grateful I had that time with him. This is Grandpa with his younger sister, Ruth. I've always loved this picture of my grandparents.  We hung out at my parents a lot that week and Hudson got some quality uncle time. He's pretty lucky. Grandpa passed away peacefully in the arms of my grandma and surrounded by his sons and their wives. I got the text from my dad the night we were at the barn for the Swan reunion. Swan Family Fun Days

   We've been so excited for the annual Swan Family Fun Days! The Swans are Loren's mom's side of the family and it's always so fun being with them. This year we stayed close to home as there were new babies in the family. We started on Friday morning at a church with a get to know you activity and brunch.  Next was spending the afternoon at Hyrum Dam. The kids had a total blast!  Lindsay taking Allie, Lydia and Atticus for a paddle board ride. Hudson loved playing with so many little friends.  This was the highlight for Allie.  Atticus and Lydia were out in these kid kayaks for almost the whole time. We might have to get one now.  After fun in the sun, we headed to a VRBO in Paradise. This place was crazy! There were around 15 themed rooms that could hold up to 50 people. This fairy forest was our room and the kids loved it.  The grounds were massive and kept the kids really happy. The waterslide was the perfect size for the kids. Hudson loved to...
