A few Sundays ago the kids were really stir crazy so we took them on a hike up the Blacksmith Fork River trail. It was really hot so we didn't make it too far but it was nice to be out in nature.
My Allie girl turned four on July 15th! So hard to believe! All she asked for her birthday was for a big horse, a big ball and to go to the beach. She was so excited to get a big ball and horse all rolled into one. She goes by Chai or Butterball depending on the day. I sure love this age. After presents we had a birthday breakfast of French Toast, her favorite!
Loren was able to work from home so when Hudson went down for a nap I took the girls on a bike ride to a new park we'd never been to before. It's by the firefly park in Nibley and was so much fun! The girls had a blast and we'll definitely be coming back soon. As we were riding back home Allie said it was the best birthday she ever had. I think we probably don't go to enough parks these days.
Birthday lunch of Mr. Bear fishing. Looks like he caught something!
Later that evening we made Allie's birthday dreams complete with a trip to the beach. My parents, Todd, Brayden, Em, and Tyson were there along with Mom and Dad Peck, Landon and Aaron. It was so nice to be all together with family! Allie got some fun new gardening tools and a Kiwi Co subscription. She was so excited!
Love my cute pregnant sister!
