Lydia is growing and changing so much! Everyday she develops a new skill or learns something new. Her new best friends are her toes. She loves to hold them and will reach for them anytime she can. Even when I'm holding her she'll bend over my arm to reach them. It's so funny! She also has discovered her tongue and loves to stick it out as far as she can. With all these new discoveries, who has time to sleep? Lydia is now sleeping three hours straight at a time at night where she used to sleep for 7-8. And she hates going down for naps when she used to have no problem. I'm hoping it's just a stage and that she'll calm down soon. It seems like she's so interested in everything else that's going on she forgets to eat or just gets too distracted to finish. Our little Lyddie definitely has a strong personality and will let you know how she feels, wether it's bursting with happiness or screaming from Being burped one too many times. I sure love this little girl though! She brings us so much joy and I couldn't imagine our lives without her. Everyday brings a new set of challenges but also joys. I am loving being a mom to our precious Lyddie bug.
School is going well for Loren. He is amazing as he juggles classes, studying, being a dad, husband, and fulfilling his church calling in the young men. I don't know how he does it all or how I am so blessed to have him. He gets up in the night with Lydia even when he has class in the morning. We are learning a lot together through these new experiences. I sure love him! It's hard to believe it's almost February! Time is going fast. We love and miss you all so much! Until next time!
