Surviving Covid (We think)

   It's been a quiet January and February for the most part. Loren spent the first part of January buried in depositions. Work is staying busy for him which is a good thing. Grandma Peck gave Hudson a handsome haircut! She seriously is the best for keeping a two year old still and making him look so handsome.  Hudson and Max have started playing a lot better together lately. I think Hudson has made big developmental leaps and finds it fun to play with Max now. He'll even share his prized Cars! I never thought it would happen but miracles still abound. One of their favorite things to play with is Allie's mermaid castle. But not with the mermaids, just cars.  I've enjoyed having my Allie home with me in the afternoons. Most often we'll take a nap together on the couch and snuggle together. She's such a sweetheart. I started the Kindergarten registration process and feel a pit in my stomach every time I think about her going. I wish I could bottle up these moments ...
