Goodbye Sweet Summer

   I've been putting off updating because there's so much! It's hard to believe summer is gone. We had such a fun last month. The house search continues for Loren and I. We've looked at over 20 homes and made three offers but always came out in second place. Unfortunately, the silver medal doesn't get you much in a home offer. So we'll keep looking and keep our spirits up. We find comfort in the fact that the Lord is in charge and we know we're doing what we felt prompted to do. We've been so very grateful for Mom and Dad Peck's patience and sacrifice for us during this time.    We went to Porcupine Dam for Chris' birthday. The water was super low and was quite a trek to get down to it. Loren and I got our 50,000 steps in carrying Hudson up and down the hill. We had tasty hot dogs and had fun watching the boys kayak.    Loren had a great last hurrah with the Young Men in our Nibley ward on their high adventure camp up at Redfish Lake. He said it ...
